Well, it was about 13 years ago. However, at the time I had 9 years of acute care setting experience and that knowledge helped me through the interview process efficiently without a problem.
The process was fast and simple to understand.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Have the interview process in person and have things needed to be completed in a timely manner.
It has improved some by having the clinician and recruiter interview at the same time but the recruiters are more of used car sales men and are not always honest or realistic to candidates leading to wasting everyone's time.
