it is a sad place. the only people that have opportunities are the closest friends/race to the leaders
As long as I get my work done all is good
So far it's been only ok. I'm afraid to ask questions because my store manager tends to get very irritated with me when I dont remember how to do something on the POS instantly after being shown once or maybe twice. I dont like trying to convince customers to sign up for credit cards.
Not much is required but not much is expected either. Stay in your lane and you’ll be fine.
It has been positive, communicative, and a growth process the whole time.
