What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understanding employee needs and try to meet some if them would be good.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The benefits are extremely expensive and the pay extremely low. Raises are not yearly. Nor do we receive bonuses. They don't value employees nor do they compensate based on experience or productivity.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Leaders that know what true team work is better distribution of the work. The work needs to be distributed equally.
