Just not a very professionally run organization. Most people strive to get work done but overall leadership is lacking and unorganized. They seem to only take care of eth people at the top of the organization.

Leadership. Strategy. Execution. Collaboration. Competency.

Seeing the big picture instead of focus solely on own work.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not in touch with the workforce or the daily activities. Also, need to get better at aligning strategy with day-to-day work.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Need a leadership change. Sadly, all of eth old Medsynergies people should be let go or reassigned to shadow more effective executives.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Lack of understanding of what it takes to properly execute the job. Orders are just thrown out with little or know willingness to get feedback from people executive the deliverables.
