The leadership team is incredibly accessible and open to ideas from everyone in the company. They empower everyone on the team to take ownership over their roles and expertise.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

We have fantastic medical benefits, especially for families. Also, 20 days of paid vacation is a great perk.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The team is very supportive of one another. Everyone actively works to understand each other's roles and how everyone contributes to the overall growth of the company.
