Love the company for the most part. My issues are with the Franchise side. 100% disagree with mandating covid vaccine. If forced on Franchise level my entire management team will quit. Majority of my staff will quit and were already short staff. Not taking a vaccine that is not FDA approved.
What makes you most happy at work?
Teamwork, raising sales, good staff, overall guest satisfaction, growing the business.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Open door policy- listening to employees concerns and needs. Always aiding and assisting with the staff to help easy the overall stress and workload.
What are some of the best things about your team?
All managers are capable of running every area in the store. Willingness to help out. Positive teammates that understand that were short staff and will help out.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We all work together as a team. I can always rely on them. Even if was their day off, if I called asking for help they would work in a heartbeat.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Been with the company for over 4 years. Started as a shift manager/bartender. Hired in by the new GM who I previously managed with at a different company. Now the GM and have been the GM for 2 years.
