Servers should be payed minimum wage, and also recieve some type of benefits. Also, I believe managers and general managers should be assessed regularly to ensure their competency of their responsibilities.

Been with the company for over 4 years. Started as a shift manager/bartender. Hired in by the new GM who I previously managed with at a different company. Now the GM and have been the GM for 2 years.
There is not enough of an interview process and we frequently have new employees who come into work intoxicated

Customers recognize the negative work environment
Needs professional management and more employees to help with the extreme number of orders. a manager is fighting with someone or something negative happens at all times, there's no pacing between online orders and in shop orders. They treat you like children belittle and disrespect you.
Pretty much everything is great, but I will continue to say that the biggest problem we all have is with our kitchen lead that our manager sees absolutely no problems with even though she has driven away so many amazing workers and many people ask not to be scheduled with
