The owners try very hard
There's nothing positive here. I quit because going to work started to make me anxious and depressed. My coworkers and managers are bullies. Some of my coworkers quit and are in the process of quitting for the same reasons.
Everyone has their own space, we do have to share it from time to time, but it all works out.

Ensure the individuals running the establishment are capable of doing so.
Staff retention, any effort invested, at all.
Having am actual gm. Invest in your staff. Pay them the tips they make
Again, this is the worst job I have ever had when it comes to being based on actual work and performance. I am just not talented at the 2 faced friendliness it takes to succeed at a place like this. I'm quitting TOMORROW! Just wait!
