My kitchen manager does the absolute most to make sure his teams needs and concerns are met to the best Of his ability. He is actively working and helping the team thrive in the work plave everydat!

The store owners and manager are great and try very hard. They seem very frustrated at the lack of support from headquarters
there is no leadership .
We all work together as a team. I can always rely on them. Even if was their day off, if I called asking for help they would work in a heartbeat.

Altogether the team wasn’t too bad sometimes it seems like they slacked off but most of them were overworked highschoolers and I didn’t blame them. It seems like a lot would be better other job if the manager listened to their work sched
