My kitchen manager does the absolute most to make sure his teams needs and concerns are met to the best Of his ability. He is actively working and helping the team thrive in the work plave everydat!

We all work together as a team. I can always rely on them. Even if was their day off, if I called asking for help they would work in a heartbeat.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to problems and doing something about it
maturity. Timeless. Employee appreciation. Attitudes.
Rude, immature and incapable at emotional regulation and keeping his personal feelings seperated from the work environment.
Not belittling staff giving some kind of break
Being professional and reasonable with all employees.
Altogether the team wasn’t too bad sometimes it seems like they slacked off but most of them were overworked highschoolers and I didn’t blame them. It seems like a lot would be better other job if the manager listened to their work sched
