The tips are great but the hourly wage isn’t for the amount of work they expect you to do. Often break labor laws.

We play too too much, but we have fun. We laugh together alot, but when we get busy, we help eachother so no one falls too far behind.

The management tends to ignore things that are obviously not being done the way they are supposed to be. They need to grow a backbone.
