What is the best part about your compensation package?

I dont get one because Im part time.

What did you like most about the interview process?

We had to draw a squirrel eating a slice of pizza.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are down to earth and sort of make the day not so difficult.

What makes you most happy at work?

Laughing and talking with my managers and coworkers. It makes the shift go by faster.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Everyone has their own space, we do have to share it from time to time, but it all works out.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We play too too much, but we have fun. We laugh together alot, but when we get busy, we help eachother so no one falls too far behind.

Consistently and structure in managing daily work.

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

I work very hard but do not get paid enough. As a server I do a lot and feel barely recognized
