Was bullied out of working by my manger Who was a grown man. He purposely would only schedule me one day a week ignore my text hang up on my my phone calls, would target on my performance at work when he did not do that to other employees.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Altogether the team wasn’t too bad sometimes it seems like they slacked off but most of them were overworked highschoolers and I didn’t blame them. It seems like a lot would be better other job if the manager listened to their work sched
