The further away you are from the Hub (UK) the worse it is in every respect, the equipment and facilities are substandard and yet you are still expected to do the job with less than adequately trained staff

Very depressing. Severely bad equipment, bad pay. Good old boys club run management and do everything in their own power not to work. Little to no incentives. Meanwhile some co workers have bad hygiene and nothing is done about it.
