i like the conduct of my manager but those of some called "supervisors" haven't learned manners :) also the other agents who aren't even looking so professional

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to be more considerate of employees and their lives outside of this business and for us is that when people are sick, they need to be a little bit more considerate, and plus try to work with some people too.

The GM at san diego needs to be fired and replaced
Managers need to learn how to be professional and act like adults. They also need to learn how to treat employees and be more organized. This can be done by giving proper and basic management courses.

Everything. Supervisors bully their staff, lack of job knowledge by supervisors. No work/life balance. Violate labour laws if they think they can get away with it. !0 hour shifts with 15 minute break and then only if you ask

Menzies aviation has the worst leadership of all companies. The leaders hace 0 interest in employees, safety or for taking care of the customers hence the poor safety record and aircraft damages that happen everyday in Denver.
