Communication, having HR more easily accesable.
The GM at san diego needs to be fired and replaced
Managers need to learn how to be professional and act like adults. They also need to learn how to treat employees and be more organized. This can be done by giving proper and basic management courses.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being paid a living wage to start
Every time I get paid my paycheck is not right then when you try to call Human resources they do not answer the phone are they put you on hold for more than an hour then you have to call back unprofessional
I am currently employed by durban based and we have more than half the staff compliment on temporary lay off and not earning a salary at all , get these people paid some how as they still need to live

Interviews are easy, promotion is easy and getting employed here is easy but beware, it isn't what they advertise the workplace to be. They make it seems like the benefits and work is good but it's not.
Be more responsible and honest about what the job entails
When I got pass the I class training I was supposed to do my Ramp training at T3 I went to T1 because the company did not emial me where to meet my training officer for OJT it was organized chaos

Because i enjoy doing what im doing

Seeing excited Passengers, helping them check in smootly and commenting on my accuracy
I like my work . I don't wait for someone to tell me what to do I plan the flight of the day without supervision.

Management don't care about the employees at all. There is zero communication.

Manegement at the denver station is dreadful
The Management is horrible and needs to be replaced
Better management will fix most of the issues
Improve Managent and hire good people who know how to manage good hire help and give adequate breaks for thier employees and to to treat them like crap
