The reason why this operations is not working properly because this company and this department is shortstaffed I having part-time hours for certain employees. And also with the attendance issue too I believe that if you are sick, you should not have to get a point for that.

My team members are very cooperative and we’re being very overwhelmed with the operation is going on right now, but otherwise the teammate that I have they’re very put together and they help each other
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to be more considerate of employees and their lives outside of this business and for us is that when people are sick, they need to be a little bit more considerate, and plus try to work with some people too.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel privileged and unappreciated because of all the work that I do for this company I have been here for three whole years and there has not been any changes. We have not hardly gotten raises. We only got one pay raise for all the job that we do we need to get paid a little bit more.
