What did you like most about the interview process?
There was a little enigma to solve as groups of 4-5 and it was amusing but not a serious interview whatsoever

They are willing to do as best as possible given the very difficult conditions provided by the board of directors

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It would be great to have a minimum of benefits like a break other than lunch, or any compensation. The hardest workers become the expectations and the burnouts and fatigue injuries are frequent.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are getting paid minimum wage and not one more cent, there is no employee benefit nor shares, even paper cups are paying for coffee
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication, connection to the reality of shelf and storage room, human and material conditions and consideration towards the employees
