Overall, I am lucky to have discovered Mojio. It's not a huge company (~100 people), and we typically sell our product to large customers who then sell it to the end customers, so it's not a company you'd stumble across in your daily life. I am just happy I found a place I can be happy.

Arriving at the office to start the day. Comfortable atmosphere, smiles on faces, and kind greetings.

The pay is very generous, although I have to say it's the workplace flexibility that I appreciate the most about Mojio.

Everyone is incredibly respectful. We don't have "toxic" people here who ruin it for others...everyone is just really kind and smart.
What makes you most happy at work?
We have a brand new office in California (and the folks up in Vancover are moving into one soon too). Beautiful exposed brick and lots of natural light.

Mojio is a platform, and so our company often sees things through the lens of a platform. I believe this ultimately leads to openness, inclusiveness, and collaboration in our work culture.

Feel like we have the type of leaders you would find at the highest levels of a large company with tons of resources -- very professional, smart, and interested in long-term success of the company.
