Compensation is lower than standard for the role. Not a lot lower, but enough to warrant an adjustment.

Compensation for the role is slightly below average. We don't have unlimited PTO as our competitors to make up for this difference, also making it quite difficult to recruit talent.

No raise, I would have thought prorated for your time.

I do five jobs. I am on the hook 24x7 to keep Mojio's Business Operations up and running. My stock option ownership is minuscule and has not been refreshed for two years.

I believe in actions that provide value-added processes and results. My manager has not performed even up to minimum expectations. I believe that I have performed duties that fall into line closer to a compensation range of my manager and probably excessive to that.

Yes, this is due to the small team we have. Also feel like some of the things we do are taken for granted.
