What do you like best about the leadership team?I think the team I work under at Mojio is fantastic: friendly, collaborative, super-capable, releasing amazing product under incredibly tight deadlines.
What are some of the best things about your team?I am very proud of my Support team. My team comes with a depth of product knowledge and multiple years of industry experience. They know their job well and function without much intervention. They provide best in class support for our customers. It is the best team I worked with in my career.
What are some of the best things about your team?My team is a high trust team, where we have a variety of individual and shared projects which overlap and are constantly shifting, but we each trust each other to handle them
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Compensation is lower than standard for the role. Not a lot lower, but enough to warrant an adjustment.
