What is the best part about your compensation package?

There is no best part. It is standard.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We're improving on our processes and becoming more efficient in certain areas but still have room to improve.

What makes you most happy at work?

Making progress day after day and taking steps forward with the product that we're trying to produce and install.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Fostering, supporting and evaluating the workforce to ensure that everyone is pulling their weight and adding value to their team, position and overall health of the company.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The commonality of pursuing a goal for each other. There is genuine care and desire to see Moj.io through to the end where we can be self-sustainable or be bought out.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Displaying a sense of control, urgency and understanding their own workforce, direction of the company and ensure that everyone is contributing and cutting anyone who is not performing up to expectations.

What are some of the best things about your team?

I believe that we work hard and try to improve every day. There are some members who lack the qualities that I believe Moj.io needs and we're keeping around some people who aren't delivering from what is expected from them

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I believe in actions that provide value-added processes and results. My manager has not performed even up to minimum expectations. I believe that I have performed duties that fall into line closer to a compensation range of my manager and probably excessive to that.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

My manager specifically has added no value for years. There has also been transition in my department that makes it difficult to find a smooth and consistent expectation of deliverables. We've filled the top position but there is a lack of responsibility and evaluation from my manager.
