Making changes in the way we work that get us closer to proven best practices so my coworkers and I have a better working environment.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

People helping each other even if they are swamped themselves. That good nature can be taken advantage of, unfortunately. It's hard for many to say no.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Sharp, dedicated, with strong work ethic and integrity, wants to make an impact, collaborative, generous in helping each other, kind, and maintains a sense of humor. It's like we're in it together despite tyranny of forces beyond our control.
