I love working at Morris-Jenkins! The company culture is refreshing, the people are friendly and genuine, and I get good variety with my tasks. I love being able to be creative and being taken seriously for what I bring to the table-- that's not something you get everywhere.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is great about wanting you to grow! My manager asks me what energizes me and what drains me, how I best process information, etc. They want the best for you!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company culture is great! The workplace is fun and encouraging. We read customer reviews and do shout outs for coworkers during meetings. There are big company breakfasts, a fiesta, etc. It's like family!
What did you like most about the interview process?
I like that they actually let me speak and explain myself during my interview. The job I had before this one didn't give me time to answer any questions. During this interview, I answered a lot of questions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is a lot of fun. The people are really nice, and I feel like most of them would be willing to help with whatever I may need. We have some interesting conversations, and we all work well together.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love that I have a good bit of creative freedom with my position. I get to work with something I'm passionate about with people I enjoy the company of. My boss cares about me. I can wear jeans to work. My schedule is quite flexible.
