There are a lot of new, values aligned, people - this creates an energy around growth and building that's infectious.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The leadership team is really transparent - they share company metrics and progress against goals with the team regularly, which makes me feel valued as a part of building this business.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate that the team's built a diverse leadership team (nearly 50% of leadership is female!). They have a high bar and leaders are expected to be great business leaders and also great people managers.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The team was very organized with focus areas for each meeting. They spent a lot of time both during the process and at offer stage making sure I had all the information needed to make a good decision.
