Hands-on; technical; everybody will raise their hand to help with a problem and even the busiest engineers will take time out of their day to help onboard and generally answer questions from newcomers.

My manager somehow magically knows what's going on and helps me stay on track. My tech lead seems to know everything while being incredibly kind and humble. Everyone on my team knows their shit. It's very cool!
