They have a portion of the interview where they want to learn about your background and "what makes you you". From the little details like, "what was your favorite subject in school". It shows they really want to get to know their possible future employees.
Review from Engineering Dept
Engaged leadership and thorough conversations.
During the interview process, Mux used panels, with a couple folks from the team interviewing me in tandem. It was a nice way to meet people from across the organization without having to go through an excess amount of interview rounds.
meeting people outside of my specific team.
The interviewers were very chill and asked me to do reasonable (non-algorithm) things
Review from Engineering Dept
Having an opportunity to meet with founders and leadership team.
Mux is human and aware that time spent in interviews is valuable for both parties. The interview process reflects this. Try it! It is probably the best way to know what it feels like.
Review from Engineering Dept
The team was very organized with focus areas for each meeting. They spent a lot of time both during the process and at offer stage making sure I had all the information needed to make a good decision.
My recruitment coordinator helped me feel prepared during every step.
Great communication from the recruiting team. I never felt like I didn't know where I was at in the process and everyone made themselves available to me to ask follow-up questions.
