The leadership team has a rare combination of deep technical expertise, business savvy, and empathy. It's a very 'human' group of leaders that connect with their employees on a personal level while also keeping their eyes on the prize.

The leaders are all extremely chill and foster a "we're in this together" kind of sentiment. They've been in the video space for over 10 years, and use thought leadership and technical excellence as the brand.

Mux is a great place to work because the founding team love the tech, the community and building a positive company culture.

I appreciate that the team's built a diverse leadership team (nearly 50% of leadership is female!). They have a high bar and leaders are expected to be great business leaders and also great people managers.

I appreciate that the company is founder-led, with additional leaders who bring impressive experience to the team. It's also really important to me that there's representation on the leadership team - nearly half of our executives are women.
