They love their work and each other mostly.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The Drs and staff are wonderful. Management is horrific.

What did you like most about the interview process?

My interview was with prior Vet Tech Supervisor. New manager.....horrific and vindictive.

What makes you most happy at work?

my team, we are very supportive of each other so we don't burn out.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Stop being vindictive, petty and start supporting, paying your staff. Stop overworking them and treating everyone as if they are replaceable.
