What makes you most happy at work?

Knowing I'm making a difference/positive impact in people and pets lives.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We 100% support one another. No one is above picking up poop. Doctors answer phones when needed. Our physical AND mental health is made a priority.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Caring about each other. Direct hospital management promotes a positive work/life balance. Picking up the slack when you need to if someone is having a rough day because you know they'll do the same for you.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Over 20 years of experience, in a management role, and and my financial compensation isn't much more than those with a lot less experience and none of my responsibilities. Practices in the area are offering starting salaries at more than what I am making now - some by 10-12$/hour
