Management, work culture, better team work

I felt like I was really going to grow in this environment

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

The colleuges i was with would call us "stupid" and other derigitory names.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There are so many things that made me feel so incredibly undervalued, overworked, etc.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Caring about their staff. Giving lunches and timeoff we request but can never take. Not make us CRY
