White pine veterinary clinic is an extremely hostile environment, the management never cared about us, never gave us lunches, nor PTO, it was an incredibly awful experience and I would love t talk to human resources about my experience.

The colleuges i was with would call us "stupid" and other derigitory names.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are so many things that made me feel so incredibly undervalued, overworked, etc.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Caring about their staff. Giving lunches and timeoff we request but can never take. Not make us CRY
