This company has many problems. For me, the worst is an unwillingness to work with or understand employees struggling with mental health. For months I was metaphorically screaming I need help. No one helped. As I spiraled downward, the entire time making supervisors aware, I got no help.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Its not a living wage job.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Any understanding of mental health. Help people instead of making it worse. I was made out to be the bad guy because I had anxiety and now depression. Of course I missed work. You continued to pile on the stress when YOU had options to not do so.
