Any understanding of mental health. Help people instead of making it worse. I was made out to be the bad guy because I had anxiety and now depression. Of course I missed work. You continued to pile on the stress when YOU had options to not do so.
Empathy!!!!!! Sometimes business aspects need to be set aside. All managers forget that here!!

Annual raises are rather low for Denver costs, guess because Nelnet is headquartered in Lincoln Nebraska we get a lower pay scale, would be nice if they realized the pay scales are different and act accordingly.
