Open an upfront. I feel stuck at times but it seems that they are finally realizing that I am more than the title I currently hold.
They hold town meetings and answer individual questions.
Communication was amazing and meetings were fun
Excellent trust and opportunities for growth.
Our leadership is great at letting associates contribute to creating the work process.

Any understanding of mental health. Help people instead of making it worse. I was made out to be the bad guy because I had anxiety and now depression. Of course I missed work. You continued to pile on the stress when YOU had options to not do so.
Empathy!!!!!! Sometimes business aspects need to be set aside. All managers forget that here!!
Accountability. Don't show favouritism. Communicate goals better
Review from Customer Support Dept
money, praise, promotion, praise for job well done.
Paid my student loans and health insurance
So many benefits I don't know where to begin. Tuition reimbursement is a big one. It fosters a community of learners.
Its appropriate, conpetitve and fair.
Medical, HSA, life insurance options
Fair pay for fair work. Nelnets CFO could be one of the greediest executives in the country. When a question came up about rewarding employees that stick loyal to nelnet and whether or not their loyalty should be rewarded via financial compensation, he said "they should be happy we give them jobs."
Its not a living wage job.
Work life balance is terrible, I work Late and most weekends just to keep up with the workload including helping other teams with their own workload and none of this hard work is recognized by the good old boy club.
Inspiring, team player, tenacity, leadership, getting work done.
They are effective and efficient
We are a team. That is the best thing that you can ask for.
we support each other unconditionally
Team mettings were pretty fun
Employees need to be accountable. Rampant favoritism
I didnt know my co workers. The company doesn't give you free time to do that
They need to hire people who want to come to work

Change is the biggest and best thing that has happened to the organization.

People need to be held accountable
Great culture in Denver, just need the A/C to work all the time.
The only thing was I was completely unprepared, however, I have been, for many years been exposed to the same. So, somewhat prepared or expect the same.
After many years of interviews, it gets easy I also study for interviews ahead--that makes it a lot easier and conversational.
interviewer was very pleasant and put me at ease - I hate interviews
How friendly and professional she was.
Review from Customer Support Dept
That I was offered a position at a great company that has turned into an awesome career.

Review from Customer Support Dept
Empathy is stated but missing everywhere!
Company plays favorites. You get promoted if you are well liked not for how much work you put in
Review from Customer Support Dept
Just feel under valued at times. If upper management could stop playing favorites and focus on the other hard workers they have that would be great.
