- What did you like most about the interview process?The only thing was I was completely unprepared, however, I have been, for many years been exposed to the same. So, somewhat prepared or expect the same.

- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Fair pay for fair work. Nelnets CFO could be one of the greediest executives in the country. When a question came up about rewarding employees that stick loyal to nelnet and whether or not their loyalty should be rewarded via financial compensation, he said "they should be happy we give them jobs."
