When my customers succeed, I also feel successful on my job. Technically, I feel satisfied when my customers or student feel the same.

everyone puts in happy effort toward the teams goals. im happy we are all happy and they are accepting even if you make a mistake they will help you and not just fire you

Company plays favorites. You get promoted if you are well liked not for how much work you put in

Just feel under valued at times. If upper management could stop playing favorites and focus on the other hard workers they have that would be great.
