I wish I could have stayed but it seemed like they had a set team to move up with in and only that team as well as I hated the shift bids killed my family life and then pushed me out the door. Miss the customers and helping

communication was always the high point and your opinion in your group mattered
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
environment was nice and comfortable it was the management that made it uneasy at times
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I felt the insurance was too steep for a family person it would have taken most of my check to cover a family of 4 Sad! As well as the pay was just enough to make my rent I need more than enough.
