A lot of fast paced growth at New Breed has paved the way for a lot of individual growth and career development. While it's a challenging environment to navigate and there have been growing pains, I'm happy I've been able evolve and work in roles that I am increasingly more passionate about.

Completing a large project and seeing the positive impact is has on the organization. Driving successful outcomes and then being compensated for those outcomes accordingly
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There should be larger opportunity to make money when the company wins at an individual level. The company could do a better job aligning the OTE of their employees to what those roles make from an industry-standard
