The best aspects of my compensation package are the monthly quota bonuses and annual PTO/Sick leave. No need to accrue time off over time. I love having a bucket of hours to start the year that I can then use to plan my time off accordingly.

Our compensation is below industry standard. We have bonuses and KPIs and it feels like trying to figure out trigonometry trying to understand if you're getting your bonus pay or not.
