People communicate respectfully and value work/life balance. The supportive culture makes it easier to collaborate and handle challenges together.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Given the heavy workloads and ongoing staffing challenges, employees should be compensated more competitively to reflect the demands placed on them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always willing to help out-especially since I am new to everything! I work with very understanding people which makes work life balance 100x easier.

I’m happiest at work when I feel accomplished after completing tasks, staying motivated by meaningful goals, and connecting with coworkers. A positive team dynamic makes the work more enjoy

NB leadership is strong at pivoting and solving challenges to drive company performance. At times, though, they seem a bit removed from day-to-day realities and may underestimate how stressful the workload can be for the team.
