New Breed is a great place to work if you're excited about HubSpot. Really great people, interesting customers, and lots of opportunity for growth. As with any services-based business, pace ebbs and flows pending on demand/capacity, but it's exciting and the wins are meaningful.

Pay and incentive plans are tied to goals, those goals are made clear, and you have a lot of flexibility on how you work or schedule your day to hit those goals. When I go above and beyond, it's nice to feel that in my paycheck.

Great remote culture/community, occasional onsite events, and probably the most beautiful office campus there (those lake views...). Lots of opportunity for self-starters to build, forge their own path, and make an impact. Top-performers are acknowledged, celebrated, and given a lot of independence.

While we're remote-first, there are some really great events and onsites that bring folks together, and I always look forward to those. Day-to-day, I feel camaraderie with my peers even if it's more over slack and Zoom. When I'm in the trenches, they step up and support (and vise versa).
