Our leadership team is so open and welcoming to feedback and recommendations for improvement. I never feel like they're too busy to sit down and talk about how everything is going.

New Breed works hard to foster a positive and collaborative work environment with little to no office politics. Employees are rewarded with fun vacations and monthly events to break up the work, but honestly, it's a lot of fun getting to work with your best friends every day

Our compensation package is driven by your own motivation to crush your goals. We don't have annual performance reviews because everyone knows exactly what it takes to move to the next tier. With this transparency, people can focus on their goals and promote themselves to where they want to be.
