What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Respect. New Breed has a culture built around honesty, collaboration, trust, and authenticity. We are a culture of top-performers and intrapreneurs who are committed to helping New Breed grow. There is a high degree of "GSD", and the energy in the office is contagious.
What makes you most happy at work?
The opportunities. New Breed gave me a chance to build a career, and to grow into a leader. Each day I am motivated to better myself and continue driving growth because I know that there is HUGE opportunities available within a rapidly growing company.

We have great benefits available at New Breed. The best thing about New Breed is the opportunity for self-promotion, and a very clear growth path. Each role has a number they're tracking towards, and their salary is determined by that value. The payment structure and growth path's are clear.

The people we work with. Having a role that challenges me. Feeling rewarded and appreciated for my performance. Opportunities for growth. Dogs (in-office and on zoom). A good cup of coffee. Our stunning lake views and beach access. The group I play table tennis with. The list goes on!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
New Breed has a healthy support system with peers and leaders alike. It's easy to maintain this when spirits are high, but it's a true testament to any team to have that same support and camaraderie when the going gets tough. If we go into the trenches together, we'll climb out together, too.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The time that New Breed took to get to know me and my passions. Obviously I wanted the job (I applied for it), but the time that they took to ensure that New Breed would be the right fit for me was incredible. There were also great learning opportunities throughout the process, as with life at NB.
