I've had offers from other opportunities with a much higher rate and/or better benefits.

Given the level of output expected, our compensation seems lower than comparable agencies. It would help to have clearer guidance on how the bonus structure and tiering work, so expectations and opportunities for growth feel more transparent.

Compensation should be in line with industry averages.

Raises take way too long (years) and people are strung along while new talent is brought in. Hitting goals for UR or billable rates mean time off isn't really a thing...it's all flexed eventually or you don't hit your goals.
