Love my boss. Other than that, I don't feel excited as it still feels like there's no attainability when it comes to career advancement. Comp is definitely super low compared to other similar companies. Tactics with non-compete agreements don't help company morale - gov. is making those illegal now

My immediate team is what makes it worth it.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Better compensation. More alignment with leadership vs. individual contributors. Culture does not equal food and kegs.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Align more with the services team and employees in general. There is a big disconnect between what employees want and the culture.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Little recognition, incentive program should NOT replace annual raises. It still seems challenging to be able to get promoted. My position is listed 20-30k more elsewhere in the US.
