Overall, I've had a positive experience at the company. I've shipped some good work and have been involved with a lot of changes over the last two years. There have been ups and downs, but overall everyone is very supportive.

The fact that everyone is motivated by the mission of the company and cares about creating the best experience not just for the clients (districts) but the students.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I'm seeing more long term plans (initiatives that span multiple cycles instead of rapid shifts) to address problem areas. Across the board, initiatives seem more thoughtfully considered. They are responsive to feedback, concerns, and have exemplified good leadership during pandemic.
