Branded Online has grown from a garage to over 240 people in 6 years. Lots of excitement, lots of change. I've worked here most of the time and worked with many of these people before at a prior EComm company that was super successful. It's awesome, but its not a 9-5 job. We work hard.

That I can make more if the company does well.

Smart people trying to make a difference while having fun. Professional and intellectual.
What makes you most happy at work?
Solving big problems in ECommerce which is a huge part of our future. Helping people and making a difference.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They work hard in an extremely fun way. They get the work done but we are laughing and cracking jokes the whole time. We've worked together for years so its familiar.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that our leadership is trying to solve big problems and are playing to win. My purpose for working is to have a career, make a difference and to get ahead. The crazy growth at work has sometimes been tough but its great to look back and see what we have accomplished.
