Collaborative and works together. Don't always agree, but the goals are aligned.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
the premium costs for coverage
It's hard to pick a favorite
the bonus incentives for upside.
The health insurance coverage was available quickly.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensating more would be better. Stock Options would be nice. Mentorship and education programs would be greatly appreciated.
I feel valued, my compensation is a little low, but working hard to have excellent results knowing that compensation will follow.
Currently ok because it is very flexible, but would like to full time and bonus in future.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is truly one of the best I've ever worked with anywhere
They all work hard. They don't need to be micro managed.
The team is energetic, positive, present and ready to do their best.
They are smart, hard-working, always available and really care about each other and the clients we work with.

communicate and understanding their roles better and how the lack of affects everyone else.

Everyone is sincere and understanding
You can make it what you want. Lots of mobility to learn different aspects of ecommerce. But it won't just come to you if you don't seek it out.
The willingness to get the job done and wanting to excel.

The flexibility of working from home
Winning, and maintaining our client base.
Posting great results and team's energy level being high. I love seeing the team working really well together and problem solving.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Bosses are trash and need replaced no HR PERSON THAT CARES just another patsy
In my first three months, half a dozen people left because of the CEO and President's lack of vision.
LACK OF ORGANIZATION, FUNCTIONALITY'S BREAKING, LACK OF ROLE KNOWLEDGE, INCORRECT/INVALID ADVERTISEMENTS, PROMOS, AND RECURRING ISSUES WITH PROMOTIONS AND SPECIFIC BRANDS
