What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's very competitive with what I would get elsewhere and the equity provides a nice upside over the longer term.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that we are truly bringing an outdated process that's existed for literally thousands of years into the modern era, and that we're the best at it.
What did you like most about the interview process?
A chance to talk cross-functionally with multiple managers of different departments and the C Level. Very open with the positives but also the challenges we face; I didn't feel like anything was overpromised.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their focus on making the product the absolute best it can possibly be. Open to making changes and adjustments based on market feedback. Accessible and responsive. Put me in positions where I can succeed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is accessible and open to suggestions/feedback/ideas. And while everyone is focused on performing at the highest level, we all make mistakes/drop the ball but almost everyone here will hold themselves accountable publicly & privately when they do.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone I work with is very smart and knowledgable about their field. I always feel like my contributions and suggestions are heard - even if they don't end up being the way we go I know I can speak my mind candidly with everyone I work with.
