Upper mgt does not provide leadership in such a way to make its employees feel supported and cared for as a employee and human. We are all dispensable and that is the nature of the workplace.

the interview process has since changed. I was interviewed by peers and I think that values employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Flexibility of the work hours required. improved ability to take/get time off. Overtime and weekend pay rate to be valued monetarily.
