EVERYTHING its awful and we were def under paid

retaining employees paying employees their worth. come out of your million dollar office and see what is going on

I do mt know who to report to. Managers and assistants are not seen on my unit. Or on my shift. Communication of who is who.

Actually supplying employees with the resources to do their jobs safely and efficiently, less corner cutting and more input from people who actually work the floors and work with patients.

Offer an HSA; free gym membership; better working conditions in break rooms; more schedule and remote work offerings

Flexibility of the work hours required. improved ability to take/get time off. Overtime and weekend pay rate to be valued monetarily.

Nothing reporting to EEOC they will get to the bottom

i do not get any compensation. Only the CEO's get this

Leadership mentoring and onboarding needs an overhaul.

executive leadership needs to align, communicate, and consider the needs of the employees

Adequate response to employee feedback, confidentiality, work place culture, prioritizing employees and patient care over growing the company

Stop paying administration and executives seven figures. Stop cutting corners to boost your own salaries while taking away resources from people who actually interact with and care for patients. People without clinical/floor experience should never make decisions about policies.

Appropriate staffing would help. The travel nurses make three times what we make but they are not allowed to follow protocols

It was not as much an interview as it was a sales pitch for the corporate environment.

HR determines who gets an interview rather than managers. That hinders qualifies candidates because of race and gender. Purposefully not interviewing white males, reverse prejudice

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Top down leadership. Overpaid executives. Lack of physician input. Lack of appropriate clinical staffing.

The executive and senior leadership are oblivious, they think they're doing good by their customers and employees.

Leadership needs a change. Contract companies in support services are horrible and should be changed. Food is overpriced and not very tasty.
